Please read this Refund Policy carefully before purchasing a service from our website.

Digital Services and Consulting

Negtan provides digital marketing consulting, strategy, branding, social media, and other digital services. Because our work is digital, personalized, and often begins soon after purchase, refunds are limited as outlined below.

1:1 Digital Marketing Consulting

A refund may be requested before your scheduled consultation session has taken place.

Once a 1:1 consulting session has been completed, the $199 payment is non-refundable because the service has been delivered.

If you need to change your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. We will do our best to help you reschedule based on availability.

Digital Marketing Packages

For custom digital marketing packages, branding services, social media services, or other project-based work:

• Payments made for completed work are non-refundable.
• Once work has started, payments are generally non-refundable because time, planning, strategy, and creative work have already been dedicated to the project.
• If a project has not yet started, please contact us as soon as possible. Any eligible refund will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
• If a package includes revisions, revisions will be provided according to the scope and terms agreed upon before work begins.

Cancellations

To cancel a service before it begins, email us at contact@negtan.com with your order number and the name used for the purchase.

Cancellation requests do not guarantee a refund. We will review each request and let you know whether a refund, partial refund, rescheduling option, or service credit is available.

Processing Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be returned to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.
